Hey Mum.
I am sat here a week after we said out final goodbyes to you and the day before my birthday and my heart hurts so much. Having a birthday so close to losing you feels unfair and so wrong on so many levels, it will be a very hard day for me for sure . It will be the first one without you here to celebrate with me and that just sucks - I have no other way to put it.
My heart is completely broken. You are in my thoughts all the time and I just hope wherever you are you know how much I love you and miss you.
I will try to enjoy my day tomorrow with the family, in your honour, and I hope I can continue to make you proud in the future.
